Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hotel Lobby Trend (https://hotellobbytrend.app) and our AI video generation services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Billing & Refunds
Our Services are sold as one-time video packs:
- 1 Video — $4.99
- 3 Videos — $11.99
- 10 Videos — $29.99
Each purchase grants the corresponding number of full-length (15-second), watermark-free video generations. A free, watermarked preview is always available before you decide to purchase.
Automatic credits on failure. If a video generation fails for technical reasons on our side, the video credit used for that generation is returned to your account so you can try again at no extra cost.
Refund requests. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@hotellobbytrend.app from the email address used for the purchase. If none of the videos in your pack have been generated, we will issue a full refund. Partially used packs are not refundable, except where the failure was on our side and the credit could not be restored.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Intellectual Property
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely as needed to operate and provide the Services (for example, generating and delivering your videos).
AI-Generated Content & Acceptable Use
Our Services generate videos using third-party AI models. Full-length videos are generated with ByteDance Seedance (image-to-video), and free preview frames with a GPT-Image-class image model; both are accessed through the KIE.ai API. AI output may contain inaccuracies or imperfections — please review your video before publishing it.
You must own the rights to all photos you upload and have permission from every identifiable person depicted.
Prohibited content. You may not upload photos, write prompts, or generate content that depicts or promotes any of the following:
- Sexual or NSFW content of any kind, including any sexualization of minors;
- Violence or gore, including graphic harm to people or animals;
- Hate speech or harassment targeting individuals or protected groups;
- Child safety violations — any sexual, violent, or exploitative content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for this category and report it to the relevant authorities and child-protection organizations;
- Deepfakes or impersonation — generating videos of real people without their consent, or content intended to deceive viewers about the identity of the person shown;
- Copyright or trademark infringement — uploading photos or references you do not own or lack the rights to use.
Moderation & enforcement. Uploaded photos are screened by an automated image check before any generation runs; generation requests and outputs remain subject to automated protections and human review. We may refuse, remove, or cancel any generation that violates these rules, and the video credit for a cancelled generation is returned to your account.
Violations. Depending on severity, violations may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and, where required by law, reports to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting. To report abusive content or a violation of these rules, email support@hotellobbytrend.app with the video link or generation details and a short description of the problem. We review reports within 48 hours and take action as described above.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our Services to distribute malware or other harmful code
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
