Hotel Lobby Trend turns two photos you upload into a short AI-generated video. Your photos are stored in cloud storage under a random, unguessable address; to create your video, our server fetches them from that address and uploads copies to our AI generation provider. The finished video appears on the site where you started, and we email you a private retrieval link so you can watch or download it on any device. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

You may only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of people who have agreed to appear (see our Terms of Service). Uploading photos of public figures or celebrities to depict them without consent is prohibited.

• Your photos. The two photos you upload to generate a video.
• Your email address. Used to send you a private link to your finished video, and to answer support requests.
• Payment records. Purchases are processed by our payment provider; we keep a record of your order status and credits. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us.
• Basic technical data. IP address and device signals are used to enforce the free preview limit (two previews per device per day), protect against abuse, and keep the service reliable.
• Product analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to understand which pages are useful. It does not identify you and does not track you across other websites.

1. When you upload a photo, it is converted and resized (JPEG, maximum 2048 px on the long edge) and stored in cloud storage under a random, unguessable address (a unique identifier per file). Photos are not listed, indexed, or searchable.
2. Before any generation runs, your two photos are checked by an automated content-moderation service. This protects the service and all users from prohibited content.
3. To generate your video, our server downloads your two photos from that address and uploads copies to our AI generation provider for the generation job.
4. Our provider generates the video from your photos. Provider-side outputs expire after about 14 days; we re-host the finished video on our own storage as soon as it is ready, so delivery never depends on the provider copy.
5. The free preview is an image derived from your photos, generated before payment and shown on our site with a watermark overlay.

We share only the data needed to run the service, with these categories of providers:

• AI video generation — KIE.ai (ByteDance Seedance image-to-video for full videos, an image model for preview frames)
• Content moderation — SeeAPI (automated image check of uploaded photos, before any generation)
• Payments — Waffo Pancake
• Cloud storage — Cloudflare R2
• Email delivery — Resend
• Hosting — Vercel
• Analytics — Plausible (cookieless)

These providers may use the information only to perform services for us, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the service.

We keep your photos and generated videos only as long as needed to deliver your purchase and maintain the service. We retain transaction records as required for accounting and legal obligations.

You control your personal data. At any time you can ask us to:

• Access it — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (your email address, order and credit records, and any photos or videos still stored).
• Correct it — fix an email address or other details associated with your orders.
• Delete it — delete your photos, generated videos, or your whole account and its data, including the email address on file.

All requests are handled by email: write to support@hotellobbytrend.app from the address you used with us, and we will confirm what was done. We process requests within 30 days. You do not need a reason, and the request is free.
